I’ll make it fun! Having potential buyers in and out of your home can disrupt your life. My job is to minimize risks and try to make the process pleasant. You’ll have my number to call me about anything that worries you about selling – showings, negotiations, inspections, and more.

I’ll offer an experienced eye. I can point out faults and features that may present barriers to buyers and provide you with the resources to help you prepare your home for interested buyers.

I’ll put your home first in line. I have access to hundreds of buyers’ agents with clients looking for homes.

I’ll make it work for you. You’re ready to move on. Most buyers spend 10-12 weeks and look at an average of 10 homes before making a decision. I’ll do everything I can to find a qualified buyer and sell your house on your schedule.

I’ll negotiate. You have the final word. You don’t have to sign a contract until you are happy and satisfied with the terms of your sale. I’ll take care of negotiating for you.
